'Cause my friends are as kooky as I am...

From an email I received from a good friend last night...

(Granddaughter) and I had a good day today.  It was a teacher workday, so we went to the Children's Museum and played and played and played!  She loved the play post office, so we wrote pretend letters and mailed them, then she would hop on the truck and deliver them.  We also enjoyed racing the Lionel train sets, and trying to keep 4 balls up in the air over a blower.  AND, when no one was looking we snuck into the "4 year old and under" section and I let her slide down the fire pole in the play fire house.  She  has always loved that, and since we were the only ones there at that point, I didn't see any harm in it.  I must have been really in a wild and crazy mood today because not only did I sneak her into the wrong age group area, I also let her play hookey from cheerleading class so we could go eat pizza!!!!  Oh, age is making me become such a daredevil!
